At Discount Safety Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the gear is unworn and in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
